1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Happy Antalya Transfer services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Happy Antalya Transfer provides private airport transfer and transportation services in the Antalya region of Turkey. Our services include:

  • Airport to hotel/accommodation transfers
  • Hotel to airport transfers
  • Point-to-point transfers within the Antalya region
  • Meet and greet service at the airport

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 How to Book

Bookings can be made via WhatsApp or phone. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us with your transfer details and driver information.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information including flight details, pickup location, destination, date, time, and number of passengers.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking confirmation is the price you will pay.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is made directly to the driver in cash at the end of your transfer. We accept EUR, USD, GBP, and TRY. No advance payment is required.

4.3 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Extra stops not included in the original booking
  • Excessive waiting time beyond the included free waiting period
  • Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers

5. Cancellations and Changes

5.1 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or modify your booking by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone. Please provide as much notice as possible.

5.2 No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your scheduled transfer without prior notice, you may be charged the full transfer fee.

6. Service Standards

6.1 Vehicle Standards

We provide clean, well-maintained vehicles with professional drivers. Our standard vehicle is a Mercedes V-Class or similar.

6.2 Waiting Time

We include 60 minutes of free waiting time for airport pickups from the time of flight landing. For hotel pickups, drivers will wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.

6.3 Flight Delays

We monitor flight arrivals. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra charge.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information
  • Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
  • Treat the driver and vehicle with respect
  • Not smoke in the vehicle
  • Not consume alcohol or drugs in the vehicle
  • Ensure children are properly supervised
  • Report any issues immediately to our customer service

8. Luggage and Personal Belongings

8.1 Luggage Allowance

Standard luggage allowance is one large suitcase and one carry-on bag per passenger. Please inform us in advance if you have excess luggage.

8.2 Lost Items

We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Please check you have all your belongings before leaving the vehicle. We will make reasonable efforts to return found items.

9. Liability and Insurance

9.1 Insurance Coverage

All our vehicles are fully insured as required by Turkish law. This includes passenger liability insurance.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend allowing sufficient time for airport transfers.

9.3 Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the transfer.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other force majeure events.

11. Complaints and Disputes

If you have any complaints about our service, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. We will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antalya, Turkey.
